The American Soybean Association's Soybean Leadership College is the guiding light in developing strong organizational leaders for the national and state soybean producer associations and soybean checkoff board.

The Soybean Leadership College provides a dynamic education program developing tomorrow's leaders, enlightening current leaders, enhancing state and national interaction, fostering mutual understanding and facilitating common knowledge.
