Soybean Leadership College develops growers who are just beginning their leadership roles on state boards or upcoming leaders with a focus on leadership training, communications, membership and policy issues. LEARN MORE.

State Leader Summit (formerly State President Summit) provides state association presidents an opportunity to meet with the ASA Executive Committee members to share insights and align thinking and approach on priority issues. In 2010, State Presidents and the ASA Executive Committee will open the afternoon session to State Association Executives and QSSB Chairmen. LEARN MORE.

Young Leader Program is an entry level, two-part program designed to identify, train and cultivate soybean growers interested in pursuing leadership positions within the soybean industry. Spouses are included in all aspects of the program. Actual age is not a factor. The program is set up for those looking to develop skills to take on a future position. LEARN MORE.
