The cost of
individual tapes and related materials is $12.95 each for members, and $18.95 each for
non-members. The complete set is of 6 tapes (in a special portfolio) and accompanying
materials is $69.95 for members and $99.95 for non-members. A shipping/handling fee of
$4.00 is added to each order of $40 or less, and a fee of $6 for each order of more than
$40.
ASA reserves the
