The annual Congressional Soyfoods
Lunch on Capitol Hill is an ideal forum for the American Soybean
Association (ASA) and sponsoring partners to showcase products and
demonstrate the importance of soyfoods to sound nutrition.
Legislators, congressional staff, Executive Branch agency
representatives, industry representatives, ASA directors and state
farmer-leaders attend.
The Eighth Annual Congressional
Soyfoods Lunch on Capitol Hill was held on March 17, 2010.
For more
than an hour, a steady stream of hungry guests flowed in two
lines filling their plates with a variety of soyfoods. House
Agriculture Committee Chairman Collin Peterson (D-MN) and
Representative Leonard Boswell (R-IA) were among the guests
this year.

John Herath, Potomac Radio News Bureau Chief Mike Duncan,
