Application Guidelines

		• There is no age limit for participation in the program. Growers 21 years or older, who
		   aspire to leadership roles, may apply.
		• Any grower can apply for the Young Leader Program, however selected participants are
   		  required to have a current state soybean association/ASA membership to take part in the program.
		• Single growers may also apply to the program.
		 The applicant’s spouse does not have to be employed on the farm.
		• Applicants should be interested in pursuing leadership roles within the soybean industry.
		  

Please Note: To be eligible for the Young Leader Program, nominees must commit to attend all phases of the LeadershipTraining.
