Bob Worth, a farmer from Lake
Benton, Minn., is Vice President of the American
Soybean Association (ASA). He is one of nine soybean growers who make up the ASA
Executive Committee.
Worth has served on ASA's Membership & Corporate Relations (2007-11), Transportation (2007-11), Commodity Classic (2010-12), Strategic Planning, and Audit Committees. Worth is a graduate of ASA's DuPont Young Leader (2003) and Syngenta Leadership At Its Best (2003) programs, and participated in ASA's Soybean Leadership College 2002-2007.
Worth has been a member of the Minnesota Soybean Growers Association since 2002, and served his state association as President (2005-07) and Membership Chair (2003-07).
Worth farms 750 acres of soybeans annually. In addition, he produces corn and spring wheat. He is a member of the American Legion, Lake Benton Opera House Board and Lake Benton Farmers Elevator Board. The Worth family was named Lincoln County Farm Family of the Year in 2004.

organization that develops and implements policies to increase the profitability of its
members and the entire soybean industry.
