Bob Rikli, a producer from Murdock, Neb., is Secretary of the American Soybean Association (ASA) and serves on the nine-member Executive Committee. Rikli has also served as Chairman of ASA's Trade Policy & International Affairs Committee.

Rikli has been a member of ASA's Trade Policy & International Affairs Committee for four years. He was on the Membership Services & Corporate Relations Committee for two years and the Commodity Classic Committee for three years, serving as its Co-Chair in 2003.

Rikli was a member of the nationally recognized ASA/DuPont Young Leader Program in 1991.

A member of the Nebraska Soybean Association since 1988, Rikli was President of his state association in 1997 and Vice President in 1996.

Rikli farms 600 acres of soybeans, 600 acres of corn, 80 acres of alfalfa and has a 140 head cow/calf operation.

The American Soybean Association is a national, not-for-profit, grassroots membership organization that develops and implements policies to increase the profitability of its members and the entire soybean industry.

The American Soybean Association was founded in 1920.
