Manages Syngenta Leadership At Its Best, State Board Training, New Board member orientation, REAP, ASA Auction, SoyPAC, Congressional Soyfoods Lunch, Soybean Leadership College, Conservation Legacy Awards and develops new programs.

Manages the operations and implementation of contracts, programs and projects between home-office and field personnel. Supervises St. Louis based support staff.

Develops proposals to U.S. government and multilateral agencies and oversees monitoring and evaluation of WISHH programs.

Administers activity assignments, consultant contracts, program and consultant payments, budget monitoring, travel arrangements and other program related activities.

Kacy Franklin, Program Coordinator

Prepares and organizes program conferences, board meetings and other program related events. Coordinates board communication, reports, contracts and other projects. Provides overall administrative support to the Executive Director of WISHH.
