Farm Description: We raise 700 aces of corn and 380 acres of soybeans. Our home farm has been in our family since 1869. John farms with a friend and together they farm over 2500 acres. John has been farming full time since 1982. Currently we have 3 generations involved in farming in Webster and Calhoun County: John and his father, Duane and son, Eric. Our ancestors came here from Sweden and purchased the ground that we now farm.
